Palace v Doncaster game called off due to frozen pitch

Saturday's Championship clash between Crystal Palace and Doncaster Rovers has been postponed due to areas of frozen pitch at Selhurst Park.

A pitch inspection was carried out using a local referee and a decision was made to call off the game in the interest of player safety.

Palace Chief Executive, Phil Alexander, told the official site: "Our first priority is to the safety of the players and some areas of the pitch were frozen. We are also very conscious of travelling supporters and wanted to make a decision as soon as possible."

What do you think? How will you be spending your Saturday now that we've no CPFC? Let us know! Comment below...

FYPFanzine: We'd like to extend our thanks to all of those players especially Calvin, who played an important role in Palace's fight against relegation.
